Tasting Notes:
This wine makes a very strong impression with its complexity and elegance. It has sumptuous Bordeaux colour with black glints, and a bouquet which expresses aromas of cherries, stewed fruits, hazelnuts and almonds. The palate is fresh, fruity and supported by fine, spicy tannins.

Cottage Description
A peaceful setting among the vineyards and sunflowers in the small hamlet of Thezac, near Royan. This recently renovated gite is just 15 minutes from the nearby beach of Royan and also benefits from an 11m x 5m swimming pool set in the large landscaped gardens. Pomerol has been renovated to a high standard to provide spacious, yet romantic accommodation for couples only, (sorry no children). Set on the outskirts of a typical French winemaking village we remain close to all the amenities (restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy, tennis, golf etc), and provides a good base for those wishing to enjoy a tranquil holiday whilst remaining close to the mainstream resort of Royan.
